Eagle Scout Scholarship

Posted by frank.baum on Jan 22 2019 - 10:53am

The Rust Powers Foundation offers a scholarship for the year’s class of Eagle Scouts, Venturing Summit Award, and Sea Scout Quartermaster recipients in Duck Creek District. High school seniors and college students are eligible. Younger recipients should apply when they are high school seniors.  The scholarship committee will consider academic record, financial need, community/extracurricular activities, and references to award the scholarship. The decision of the scholarship committee will be final. Scholarship funds will be dispersed directly to the education institution designated by the scholarship recipient.  The Foundation also will present a scholarship for an outstanding Eagle Scout, Summit Award, or Quartermaster service project.  All applications must be submitted by February 1.  Scholarship winners will be announced at the Duck Creek District Dinner.  For more information:  Rust Powers Foundation.
